 | When these companies are preparing to purchase existing buildings, they will call on

includes test cuts, digital photographs and a moisture survey (if
requested). This inspection is used to determine the condition
of the roof. This written report will include projected maintenance needs with approximate
costs. It will also give the customer an approximate life expectancy of the roof system.

| When an existing roof begins to develop problems, Greensboro Roofing Company will repair and maintain the roof system. In addition to leak repairs, periodic maintenance repairs are
done to help
prolong the life of the roof system.

| When a roof system is no longer repairable, we will advise the property manager and
prepare a price to re-roof the building. If the owner desires more than one bid, we will help
them develop a "Bid Package" so all companies who bid the re-roof project will be bidding the same type of roof system.
